You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Bedding, linens, and towels once opened
- Kitchenware, utensils, and food-contact items once used or unsealed
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
3. Return Shipping Costs 🚚
- Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless we made a mistake (defective or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service—Casa Bloom cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds 💳
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was Casa Bloom’s fault.
6. Exchanges 🌱
At this time, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
