🔄 Returns — 14 Days to Change Your Mind
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging.
- You’ll need a proof of purchase (order confirmation or number).
📩 To start a return, email us at casabloomuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with return instructions.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
- If it’s been more than 5 business days, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
- Still stuck? Reach us at casabloomuk@gmail.com — we’ll help chase it up.
💝 Personalized or Custom Items
Because these items are made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
But if something arrives damaged or defective, contact us — we’ll always make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different color, size, or item? We offer easy exchanges within 14 days too!
Just follow the same steps as a return — we’ll sort the rest.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Faulty or incorrect items? We cover return shipping.
- Changed your mind? You’re responsible for return postage.
